In this role, you'll provide technical support for hardware, password resets, Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, compliance-related issues, and a variety of end-user IT support requests. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of IT Help Desk experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
