Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laborer position based in the Albany/Saratoga region. The Laborer will be responsible for physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools, preparing construction sites, and assisting with excavation and general construction activities. The role may also require maintaining equipment, ensuring a safe workspace, and performing other duties as assigned to support the project team.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate hand and power tools, including those used for construction and excavation tasks
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction techniques, site preparation, and safety protocols
- Team player with a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and comply with all safety standards and company policies
- Previous experience in construction or excavation is an advantage but not required
- Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred
