The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of experience overseeing complex facilities operations, large-scale relocations, vendor programs, and cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment.In this senior role, you will provide strategic oversight for facilities operations across New York City, Chicago, and all satellite office locations. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple concurrent project streams, and serve as a key liaison between Corporate Real Estate leadership, workplace experience teams, and vendor partners. You will develop project plans, ensure operational continuity, and drive process improvements that enhance service delivery and portfolio performance.If you excel at managing enterprise-level facilities initiatives, leading teams through change, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & StrategyProvide strategic direction for daily facilities operations, relocation programs, and event support functions across NYC, Chicago, and satellite offices.Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and workstreams for facilities initiatives across the multi-site portfolio.Identify operational risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure seamless business continuity across all regions.Team & Vendor ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate the Move Team and onsite facilities personnel in NYC, Chicago, and satellite locations; ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management.Oversee contractors and vendors servicing multiple cities, evaluating performance, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring adherence to regional and corporate standards.Establish and refine vendor management processes to drive efficiency, accountability, and cost transparency across the portfolio.Project & Portfolio OversightManage complex relocations, restacks, large equipment transfers, and cross-location moves from planning through execution across all supported offices.Direct workplace reorganizations, decommissioning activities, and furniture lifecycle strategies for NYC, Chicago, and satellite sites.Oversee asset management, including inventory, storage optimization, and procurement recommendations for multiple regions.Financial & Compliance ManagementReview and approve vendor invoices, contracts, and project spend; ensure alignment with budget forecasts and financial controls across all supported locations.Track program budgets, labor utilization, and cost-saving opportunities; provide reporting and insights to senior leadership.Ensure all regional operations adhere to corporate policies, building regulations, and safety standards.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner closely with Events, Catering, Security, Building Services, and Workplace Experience teams to support complex event and meeting room setups across NYC headquarters and other locations.Serve as the senior point of contact for relocation communications, employee readiness, and change management for multi-city initiatives.Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate leadership on space planning, operational enhancements, and strategic initiatives that impact the full office portfolio.Who You Are8–10 years of experience in facilities management, corporate relocations, real estate operations, or large-scale project management.Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations, vendor programs, and multidisciplinary teams across multiple cities.Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.Advanced problem-solving skills with strong spatial awareness and the ability to manage complex operational scenarios in a multi-location environment.Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution when needed.Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, calendaring tools, inventory systems, and mobile workplace technologies.A self-directed, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.Equal Opportunity StatementForrest Solutions provides equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.Company DescriptionForrest Solutions has been a privately owned company for 49 years.
