If you thrive in service environments and enjoy creating seamless guest experiences, we want to hear from you.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (no nights, no weekends)Pay: $23.40/hour paid holidaysLocation: San Francisco, CA 94105About the Role:As a Meeting Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for setting up and resetting all catering, preparing training rooms, managing event space setups, assisting with AV needs, and ensuring all meeting areas are maintained at a professional, polished standard.What We’re Looking For:2 years in hospitality, fine dining, or high-end event serviceCorporate, polished, and professional demeanorStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to set up rooms, move light equipment, and stay active throughout the dayReliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvyQualificationsPrevious experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred.Culinary experience or background in food service enhances your ability to support diverse roles effectively.Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality excellenceKnowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniquesExperience in catering, banquet service, or restaurant environments is advantageous.Ability to multitask efficiently in busy settings while maintaining attention to detailExcellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamworkPrior experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or hotel operations is desirable.Familiarity with coffee service or barista skills is a plus.Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating welcoming atmospheresJoin us as a Support Specialist and become an integral part of delivering exceptional experiences!
