We’re hiring for CNC Mill Setup, Swiss Setup, and CNC Operators to join our team for 1st and 2nd shifts. If you’re experienced with CNC machines, know your way around Fanuc controls, and want a job where you’re not micromanaged, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Setup and/or Operate CNC milling & lathe machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Program/edit programs on CNC machines using Fanuc controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances of machined parts.
- Assemble components as required, ensuring all parts fit together seamlessly.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator or similar role in a manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- machines, particularly using Fanuc controls.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
