Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Deburrer to join our team. The Deburrer will be responsible for finishing aerospace parts to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform deburring operations on metal parts using power tools and hand tools, buffing wheels,etc.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure smooth edges and surfaces
-Maintain tools and equipment
- Follow blueprints and work instructions for deburring processes
- Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and production goals
Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools for deburring tasks
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Familiarity with tooling and caliper usage
