Account Manager – After Hours
We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic professionals to join our growing team at Forrest Logistics. As an After-Hours Logistics Coordinator, your focus will be on helping customers move their inventory in the most efficient and cost-effective way while working with our carriers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries. Previous logistics experience in account management and carrier relations is preferred.
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with customers and carriers
- Responsibly manage shipments by ensuring all loads are fulfilled to expectations
- Monitor and report events within a load’s lifecycle to team members and customers
- Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues with shipments
- Manage carrier performance and responsibilities
- These shifts range starting anywhere from 3pm to 9pm.

- Highly skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers
- Handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve service issues
- A strong sense of personal accountability and a winning attitude
- Customer service or operational experience in the transportation industry preferred
- Proficient in Excel for load tracking, reporting, and data accuracy
- Experienced using Outlook and Teams for cross‑department communication
- Able to manage documents, schedules, and communication through Microsoft 365
