What You Will Own
- Drive territory growth by increasing share within existing distributors and converting targeted competitive accounts
- Attach consumables to every equipment sale, building repeatable revenue streams
- Develop and execute account plans that align with distributor business models and growth objectives
- Create demand at the end-user level through joint calls, demonstrations, and application support
- Influence distributor behavior at the counter level to drive product adoption and replenishment
- Manage a disciplined pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and closing business consistently
- Represent Forney - Industrial Pro in the market through trade shows, training events, and in-field engagement
- Consumable-driven model that creates repeat revenue beyond the initial equipment sale
- Distributor-focused programs designed to support margin, adoption, and long-term growth
- Structured sales approach with bundled solutions and repeatable selling plays
- Strong position in the core welding market (thin-to-mid gauge applications where the majority of work occurs)
- Ability to compete effectively with established brands through value, not just price

Experience & Background
- 3–5 years of industrial or welding-related sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with welding/compressed gas or industrial distribution channels
- Strong understanding of welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, plasma, oxy/fuel) preferred
- Ability to develop and execute account strategies that drive measurable results
- Base salary plus performance-driven incentive tied to territory growth
- Earnings potential aligned with share gain, new account development, and revenue expansion
- High performers will have the opportunity to exceed six-figure total compensation
- Revenue and territory growth vs. quota
