Position OverviewWe're seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to join our team in-office in San Diego.
The ideal candidate has experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital marketing—or is highly motivated to learn. We are willing to train the right person in-house if they demonstrate strong initiative, curiosity, and a genuine passion for marketing and AI.
This is not a typical marketing position. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new AI tools, and finding innovative ways to improve marketing performance.
ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising- Assist with the creation and management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Assist with Google Ads campaign management and optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and conversions
- Conduct audience research and targeting
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and campaigns
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations
- Utilize AI tools to improve marketing workflows and efficiency
- Research and test new AI platforms and technologies
- Develop AI-assisted systems for content creation, reporting, and automation
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in AI marketing and automation
- Support SEO initiatives and keyword research
- Assist with website updates and content optimization
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics
- Assist with social media and content strategy
- Work closely with account managers and leadership
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
- Bring new ideas and solutions to the team
- Help improve internal processes and client results
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Ads
- Digital marketing experience
- Marketing agency experience (preferred but not required)
- Hospitality or restaurant marketing experience (a plus)
