Position Overview
Forms Academy Residency is seeking a Part-Time Inclusion Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs within the general education classroom. This role focuses on providing targeted academic support, implementing accommodations, and collaborating closely with teachers to ensure all students can access grade-level curriculum while continuing to build independence as learners.
This is a push-in support role with some small-group intervention, designed to meet students where they are while maintaining high expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-class (push-in) support during core academic blocks (ELA, Math, etc.)
* Implement accommodations and modifications based on student needs (identified learning differences)
* Support small groups and individual students with targeted instruction
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction and assessments
* Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to academic staff and families
* Assist in creating and organizing instructional supports (guided notes, scaffolds, etc.)
* Foster student confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills
* Maintain clear communication with staff regarding student needs and progress

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; certification in Special Education, or related field preferred
* Experience working with students with learning differences
* Strong understanding of accommodations, scaffolding, and differentiated instruction
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-teaching environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Passion for supporting student growth in both academics and confidence
