When production is on the line, you’re the steady hand. An alarm flashes on a Fanuc-controlled cell—you isolate the cause, repair the fault, and restore flow. A machine needs to be moved—you dismantle, position, level, fit, and align it so it runs true from the first cycle. You keep the plant dependable by pairing preventive maintenance with precise repairs, and you document it all so the next job goes even faster.
How you’ll contribute- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to maintain peak uptime.
- Diagnose operational problems and implement needed adjustments or repairs.
- Rebuild troublesome components and attachments: teardown, inspect, machine, or replace parts as required.
- Respond to alarms and resolve equipment breakdowns.
- Fabricate parts or specialized tools to complete maintenance tasks.
- Execute machine installations and relocations—dismantling, erecting, leveling, fitting, and aligning.
- Care for building systems, facilities, and grounds through routine maintenance.
- Assist in determining project scope and resource requirements.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment and on HVAC units.
- Maintain thorough maintenance logs, files, and records.
- Submit requisitions for needed parts and supplies.
- Keep work areas clean; comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
