POSITION OBJECTIVE
Designated individual whose responsibility it is to inspect, test, maintain, administer, repair and calibrate ISC related equipment as assigned. This individual is responsible for investigating and resolving all malfunctions and recommending repairs or modifications of this equipment. This individual is also responsible for ensuring the most efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and performance of ISC equipment and stewardship areas is achieved through effective workmanship executed per policy and procedure.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Previous Related Experience Required
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Computer hardware/software installation and repairs, dependent upon education.
Technical Skills Required to Perform This Job
High School graduate or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Computer hardware/software installation and repairs: Computers, Tablets, or Servers, or DC/low voltage circuits, Sound, Radio, Networking, PLC’s, Camera, server and software administration, Mobility and Security systems experience.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and repair all Information Systems equipment as assigned either by stewardship area or assigned system.
- Daily paperwork as required.
- On call duty if assigned and qualified to do so.
- Daily route check and PM’s of assigned stewardship areas/systems.
- Database data entry and updating as required to maintain records and assets.
- Will abide by the Quality Policy in regards to ISO 9000 and will abide by the Environmental, Health & safety regulations as they pertain to ISO 14001.
- Monitor all assigned Information Systems equipment access.
- Monitor assigned Information Systems equipment performance and maintain a consistent and reliable platform performance. Making recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain assigned Information Systems equipment: computers, tablets, mobility, servers and server operating systems and software assigned to applicable version levels to the extent that the system wide compatibility and cyber security is maintained to acceptable levels.
- Develop and maintain assigned Information Systems equipment service and support logs, records, diagrams, historical files, and reports through good documentation.
- Track assigned information system equipment, software, services, and contracts. Insure peak performance and capacity and asset tracking of all components of information system.
- Coordinate services for external service vendors for Information Systems equipment as assigned.
- Coordinate all maintenance activities of assigned Information systems with departments, ISC engineers, ISC FPC/contract technicians, and others as necessary within assigned stewardship areas/systems.
