Position Overview:

As a Residential Plumbing Expert at Formica Plumbing & Sewer Co., you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional plumbing services to our residential customers. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service, reinforcing our reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities - Plumbing Expert

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and systems
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed assessments
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Educate clients on the maintenance of their plumbing systems
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations

Key Responsibilities - Sewer Expert

• Install and repair sewer systems in residential and commercial properties
• Perform septic system installations and repairs
• Execute waterproofing jobs to protect structures from water damage
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed assessments
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Uphold and prioritize safety standards in all operations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Educate customers about the condition of their sewer systems and recommend appropriate solutions

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Residential Plumber or in a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and certifications as required by Ohio state law
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
