This role is responsible for delivering ever-improving warehouse results by effective management of processes, and Cycle counts. Using strong materials acumen to review inventory discrepancies daily and develop plans for improvements based off those indicators. Has the skills and understanding of systematic material moves from the receiving process through shipping and all system moves in between. Will work to improve inventory accuracy by effective management of people, and processes. Is responsible for incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy and works to resolve inventory and reporting accuracy issues. Works with management and IT to continuously improve the warehouse reporting system. Will work with Management, leads and supervisors on implementing training systems. Develop training programs for warehouse teams and reviews the Standard Operating Systems, warehouse processes and suggests enhancements to existing training programs to meet needs of the organization. This position will also assist with analyzing claims and offer suggestions for reduction of claims.
The selected candidate will ideally have several years of progressing responsibility in a warehouse environment, and some understanding of production planning and execution methodologies. Knowledge in 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other similar methodology is a plus. The candidate will have demonstrated significant success in their former positions at managing costs and improving warehouse performance.

Additional Requirements:
- B.S. in Business or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Office, experience with BPCS/SAP/other equivalent.
- Key competencies required for the position, i.e. Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills, Organizational and/or Job Specific.
- Must be capable of working extended and off-shift hours on a non-routine basis. Some travel (5%) including international required.
