Formax is a family-owned, privately held manufacturer and nationally recognized distributor of paper handling equipment headquartered in Dover, New Hampshire.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, full-time Dealer Sales Associate to join our Dealer Sales Team.
This position is ideal for an energetic, relationship-driven professional looking to build a long-term career in sales. The successful candidate will work closely with our nationwide dealer network, helping distributors grow their business with Formax.
Unlike many sales roles, this position is focused on developing relationships, supporting existing customers, and creating new opportunities, not endless cold calling. As a Sales Associate, you will inherit an established book of business and be responsible for growing sales and build new accounts through competitive, outbound sales effort, strengthening dealer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing Formax dealers
- Develop new business opportunities
- Pitch and provide product sales support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Conduct impactful field visits and dealer training (travel required)
- Partner with Dealer sales teams to identify opportunities and close business
- Promote and position Formax products against competitive offerings
- Assist dealers throughout the sales process to ensure successful outcomes
- Achieve sales growth in your accounts

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of business-to-business, retail sales or account management experience
- Presentation skills or experience leading training or demonstrations a bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM software
- Professional, dependable, and hardworking approach to each day
- Valid passport, good driving record and reliable transportation required
Travel Requirements
- National travel averaging 3 days per month to support dealers field activity, customer-facing events, and industry trade shows
