We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping customers, supporting sales success, and creating positive experiences every day.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales and customer calls for stock, non-stock, or direct orders.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Process and enter orders into our management system accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales team with quotes, order follow-ups, and communication with customers.
- Proactively resolve customer and delivery issues with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills — able to represent the company positively via phone and email.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; AS400 experience a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support preferred.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Experience
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
- Sales Support or Related: 1 year (Preferred)
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
