Inventory Associate

Headquartered in San Diego, California, Formalloy is a metal additive manufacturing technology company that is principally engaged in the design, research, development, production and integration of metal additive manufacturing systems and components.

Formalloy is currently seeking an Inventory Associate. As with all positions at Formalloy, there is major opportunity for advancement and no corporate ladder to climb. Pay and benefits will be commensurate with education and experience.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against vendor packing lists
• Accurately receive parts into the inventory system and maintain inventory records
• Organize, label, and put away new stock
• Pick and stage parts for mechanical assembly
• Track inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other couriers
• Coordinate occasional package drop-offs and pickups
• Run errands to local vendors, post office, or supply stores as needed

This role requires access to information subject to ITAR and CUI regulations. Candidates must be a U.S. Person.

Valid driver's license is required.

Experience Required:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and understand packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documents
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Windows PCs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• 4:30 PM

• 8 AM
