Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Newark, DE. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, provide exceptional customer service, manage sales, and assist in meeting store goals. Additional responsibilities include employee training, maintaining store organization, and ensuring excellent communication with both team members and customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
- Experience in Retail Sales and providing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs
- Strong Organization Skills to ensure the store is well-maintained and inventory is managed effectively
- Experience with Training and coaching team members to achieve performance goals
