Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Retail Sales Associate position. In this role, you will assist with daily store operations, support inventory coordination, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and team members. You will help ensure a smooth rental and retail experience while maintaining the store’s high standards of professionalism and presentation.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of menswear fashion trends and customer preferences
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting principles a plus
Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
High school diploma; or a college degree in retail management or similar field is a plus
