What are the responsibilities and job description for the TEAM MEMBER position at Forma LLC?
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for production processes at Assembly or RSC.
SUPERVISOR: Group Lead
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assembly and inspection of automotive parts
- Uses power tools to affix bolts, nuts, screws, and parts
- Operating manual parts conveyance vehicles (dollies)
- Alternates workstations throughout shift, performing various assembly work functions
- Works in a diverse team to achieve common goals
- Adjusts to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Problem solves and continuously improves safety, quality and productivity
- Performs work in accordance with standardized procedures
Knowledge and Experience:
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Excellent manual dexterity sufficient to handle small parts including nuts, bolts, screws and other automotive-related parts in a fast-paced production environment
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability
- Prior automotive production experience a plus
Abilities:
- Ability to retain and demonstrate taught concepts and successfully pass fundamental skills assessments
Schedule:
Rotating shifts (days/nights) every two weeks. Each shift is 6:30 – 3:15 plus any mandatory overtime or weekend work as required by our customer.
