- Lead the supply planning team to develop and execute best-in-class supply planning strategies, systems, and processes tailored for the cosmetics industry.
- Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with procurement to improve purchasing efficiencies and supplier performance through MRP optimization, supplier KPIs, and effective vendor relationships.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of new product launches with sufficient safety stock and efficient inventory planning.
- Align supply planning strategies with product lifecycles, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Oversee inventory management processes across global and regional networks to ensure optimal stock positioning, accuracy, and availability.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies that reduce risk of obsolescence while supporting business growth and service objectives.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, improve forecast alignment, and drive decisions that balance working capital with service goals.
- Leverage technology and analytics to improve inventory visibility, accuracy, and responsiveness across all nodes of the supply chain.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile inventory positions and ensure alignment with financial and operational targets.
- Own management control processes for reporting and calendars related to supply planning and inventory management functions.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools for tracking KPIs, including service levels, inventory accuracy, and planning effectiveness.
- Leverage technology to improve systems, data integrity, and visibility across the supply chain.
- Evaluate operations to identify opportunities for automation and cost savings.
- Build and sustain a high-performing, engaged, and empowered team by fostering a culture of accountability, clear goal-setting, and ongoing professional development.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members across supply planning and inventory management functions.

- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in supply chain management, supply planning, deployment, or fulfillment leadership roles, with minimum of 3 years at a director level.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, drive engagement, and implement talent development strategies.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong numerical, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Collaboration: Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Process Orientation: Expertise in developing repeatable and sustainable planning, deployment, and fulfillment calendars in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- APICS or equivalent supply chain certification is a plus.
- Experience in cosmetics or consumer goods-driven industries is highly desirable.
