Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Microneedling Specialist / Clinical Assistant to join our growing team at FORM Total Body Wellness! This position combines aesthetic treatments, clinical support, and front desk responsibilities to ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics and wellness, comfortable with technology, and willing to assist wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform microneedling treatments safely and effectively within applicable licensing requirements.
- Educate patients on treatments, aftercare, and recommended treatment plans.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Greet patients and assist with check-in, check-out, payments, and follow-up scheduling.
- Assist patients with intake paperwork, consent forms, and documentation.
- Support clinical providers with patient preparation, injections, and other procedures within appropriate training and credentials.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and daily office operations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous microneedling or medical aesthetics experience preferred.
- Applicable professional licensing or credentials required for treatments performed.
- Experience in a medical office, med spa, or wellness clinic preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and aesthetic procedures.
- Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling software or EMR systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable answering phones, interacting with patients, and assisting with administrative duties.
- Medical assistant certification, injection experience, or additional clinical training is a plus.
