Form Theory is a boutique Pilates studio focused on thoughtful movement, meaningful client experience, and long-term relationships. We're looking for a Studio Experience & Sales Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, guide membership conversations, and help shape a studio environment people genuinely love returning to.
This is not a front desk role. This is a leadership position with ownership over experience, systems, and sales.
About the Role
The Studio Experience & Sales Manager is the day-to-day heartbeat of the studio. You'll oversee the client journey from first inquiry to long-term membership, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the standards that make Form Theory feel calm, welcoming, and well run.
You'll balance people-facing hospitality with structured systems—ensuring the studio runs efficiently while every client feels supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the client journey from inquiry to onboarding and retention
- Lead thoughtful, consultative membership conversations
- Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and front-of-house flow
- Manage booking systems, memberships, freezes, and cancellations
- Serve as the escalation point for client experience or billing concerns
- Support and guide front desk staff (as applicable)
- Maintain a polished, calm, and brand-aligned studio environment
- Uphold studio standards, culture, and values
Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000 annual salary
- Eligible for discretionary performance bonuses Bonuses are awarded at the Owner's discretion when the studio is performing well and are based on overall studio health, sustainability, and leadership contribution.

Qualifications
- 2 years in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with client-facing sales conversations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Confident, reliable, and solutions-focused
Pilates or movement experience is a plus, but not required.
