About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Tilt-Up Engineer to join our engineering team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and supporting lifting and bracing systems for tilt-up wall panels, producing detailed CAD drawings, mentoring new engineers, and collaborating with multiple teams to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Perform lifting and bracing design for tilt-up wall panels
Review and approve design calculations and drawings prepared by team members
Provide technical support for tilt-up products to customers and internal teams
Produce bills of materials for each project
Train and mentor new engineers on tilt-up wall lifting and bracing procedures
Collaborate with customers, sales techs, yard crew, dispatch, and the engineering team to coordinate job requirements, equipment lists, and schedules
Develop engineering solutions for complex and unique applications
Follow all company safety procedures, load charts, drawing standards, and file naming protocols
Produce detailed CAD drawings that meet Form Services, Inc. quality standards
Manage job progress and meet project timelines and delivery commitments
Prepare or review the Embed Book for tilt-up fabrication
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
P.E. license preferred (or ability to obtain)
3–5 years of experience in structural or tilt-up design preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software
Strong understanding of tilt-up construction methods, lifting/bracing design, and relevant codes
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dedicated to high-quality work
