What are the responsibilities and job description for the EIFS / Stucco Laborer position at Forks Lath & Plaster, Inc.?
Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently looking to add EIFS/Stucco Laborers to our team.
The EIFS/Stucco Laborer is responsible for installing Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) and stucco finish systems on commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or bonding agents; mixing and applying stucco and finish materials according to project specifications; installing insulation boards, reinforcing mesh, base coats, and finish coats; using hand and power tools to apply, smooth, and finish surfaces; reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints; and following all company safety procedures and job site regulations while delivering the quality craftsmanship FLP is known for.
Applicants must have/possess:
- High physical capacity/able to lift 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Clear background screen

Starting wage: $25 per hour , compensation is dependent on experience. Overtime hours are available based on project demands and operational needs.
