What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman position at Forks Lath & Plaster, Inc.?
Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our leadership team. We currently looking to add Foremen/Superintendents to our team in the Ellendale, ND and Aberdeen, SD area(s).
The Superintendent/Foreman is responsible for planning and oversight of all aspects of the assigned project. This role will oversee and manage our crews and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.
FLP has been in business for over 25 years and offers excellent compensation packages, along with a stable and solid work environment.
Applicants must have/possess:
- High physical capacity/able to lift 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Clear background screen
- 2 years of labor experience in commercial construction (required)
- 1 year of previous experience in a leadership/foreman role (preferred)
