Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is seeking a Safety and Logistics Manager to lead and oversee the company's safety program, coordinate equipment logistics, and ensure job-sites operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
The Safety and Logistics Manager serves as a key leader within the organization, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field employees to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for developing and implementing safety initiatives, conducting job-site audits and training, managing company equipment and inventory, and supporting project teams with logistical planning and resource coordination.
This will be a full-time role and can be based in either our Fargo or Grand Forks, ND office.
Applicants must have/possess:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety or a related field
- OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
- Current and valid Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Clear background record

The primary role of the Safety and Logistics Manager includes the following essential functions:
- Lead and administer the company's safety program across all projects and locations
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the organization
- Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and customer-specific safety requirements
- Develop and deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing employee training programs
- Oversee company equipment, tools, trailers, and fleet inventory
- Coordinate equipment allocation, transportation, and delivery to jobsites
- Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems for tools, materials, and equipment
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replacement schedules
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety or a related field
- OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
