FORKS HIGH SCHOOL ASSISTANT CHEER COACH
COACHING REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have or obtain a valid First Aid card
- Good human relations and interpersonal skills
- Prior cheer coach experience, preferred
- Be at least 19 years of age
COACHING EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
- Possess a strong value system that aligns with the Districts Core Covenants of Respect, Integrity and Commitment
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to motivate others
- Ability to effectively communicate with all audiences
- Adheres to the rules, regulations, and policies of the WIAA
- Develop a good rapport with head coach, parents, patrons, news media, teachers and administrators
- Promote and practice positive sportsmanship
- Work to achieve a positive relationship with all audiences
- Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with district policies and procedures as required
