Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Forklifts of Quincy, Inc. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including generating leads, prospecting potential customers, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. This role is primarily located in Quincy IL but also allows for flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in using CRM software and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Technical knowledge in forklift maintenance and repairs is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
