We are seeking a reliable and energetic Catering Kitchen Team Member to assist with food preparation, assembly, kitchen organization, and event prep. In this role, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure high-quality presentation, efficient kitchen operations, and timely event preparation in a fast-paced environment.

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist with prep work including chopping, slicing, mixing, and preparing dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Plating & Tray Assembly: Package and arrange catering orders, party trays, food bars, and custom spreads with care and precision.
• Kitchen Maintenance & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station; assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and standard food safety procedures.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitor kitchen supplies, label and date prepared items properly, and assist with stocking deliveries.
• Team Collaboration: Work productively alongside kitchen and office staff to meet event deadlines and execute daily catering production smoothly.

• Experience: Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, catering staff, or similar role).
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work a varying schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on event demand.
• Teamwork: Strong team player with a positive attitude, clear communication skills, and a commitment to helping fellow team members succeed.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
