This role is vital for providing high-quality care to patients in urgent and critical situations. Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and triage patients upon arrival in the ER based on medical need and urgency.Provide emergency care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Additional InformationContract Duration: 13 weeks.Note: Candidates must be available for the entire duration with no requested time off (RTO).If you are passionate about providing exceptional emergency care and looking for an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!
