Job Title: Travel - RN Nurse - PACU (Recovery)Location: Fresno, CaliforniaDepartment/Unit: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)Salary Range: $50 to $70 per hourShift: Day ShiftDuration: 13 WeeksNo of Vacancy- 4 Position Summary:Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced PACU Nurse to join our team in California ASAP .The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and recovery, providing high-quality care to patients following anesthesia.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia in the PACU.Provide medical care and support to patients, ensuring safety and comfort during recovery.Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery processes.Document patient progress and interventions accurately in medical records.Requirements:Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid state license.Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, CHS, NIH Certification.Must have ICU experience and PACU experience in trauma level 1 or 2 facilities.Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.Familiarity with NIH-Stroke protocols is a plus.If you are passionate about providing high-quality recovery services and are looking for an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!
