JOB SCOPE:
Perform functions to plan, manage, and control Front of House (FOH) restaurant operations, ensure customers and staff have the best possible experience, look for ways to improve the guest and staff experience, maximize revenues and minimize costs, make decisions controlled by precedent and within limits of established company policies.

- Be proficient in all restaurant roles and support the team by filling in wherever needed.
- Order liquor, beer, wine, non alcoholic and bar consumables through the appropriate distributors weekly
- Write weekly bartender schedules on time and in a way that provides adequate guest service while meeting stated goals for FOH labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with all business policies, including but not limited to facility, service, safety, sanitation, grooming, attire, and health standards.
- Manage all bartenders, ensuring completion of required activities and adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.
- Ensure adequate employee training in business standards and in operational responsibilities, and ensure training records are maintained.
- Perform quarterly inventories
- Document Guest Incidents for any known issue resulting in guest dissatisfaction.
- Approve and apply discounts to guest checks where appropriate.
- Host daily team huddles and meetings to promote company valves and to discuss issues, concerns, news, and successes from the latest shift.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting ideas from the team for improvements, by contributing your own ideas, screening ideas for implementation, and assigning responsibility for completion of related projects.

Base Pay:
- $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.

- High school or equivalent (Required).
- Florida Food Manager Certification (Required within 90 days of hire).
