Forgeworks.ai is a high-performance RevOps agency based in Denver, CO. We support high-growth B2B companies, Series A–C SaaS, venture-backed startups, and tech-enabled services by building world-class GTM systems across HubSpot, Salesforce, and connected tools like Clay, Apollo, PandaDoc, and QuotaPath.
We’re expanding and hiring a part-time RevOps Manager & Consultant who will work in person with our team in Denver. This is a W-2 part-time role with a planned path to full-time as we scale.
As a hands-on RevOps Manager, you will work across multiple client environments to build, optimize, and execute GTM systems, including:
- Build and optimize pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and data models
- Create workflows, automations, routing logic, and attribution frameworks
- Configure SalesHub, ServiceHub, MarketingHub, and OperationsHub
- Clean, normalize, and transform CRM data (contacts, companies, deals, tickets)
- Improve sales processes, handoffs, activity frameworks, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
- Support sales teams with better reporting, playbook structure, and revenue insights
- Implement and manage GTM tools like Clay, Apollo.io, PandaDoc, Chili Piper, and QuotaPath
- Implement ticketing flows, SLAs, health scoring frameworks, and usage alerts
- Map product data into HubSpot and define retention, expansion, and renewal processes
- Build dashboards across revenue, pipeline, funnel, and customer health
- Identify GTM bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support decision-making
- B2B RevOps experience
- Deep HubSpot expertise (SalesHub ServiceHub required; OpsHub preferred)
- Experience with B2B SaaS or fast-moving startup GTM motions
- Ability to manage multiple client environments and competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and operational rigor
- Thrives in a high-velocity, high-accountability culture
- Experience with Clay, Apollo.io, PandaDoc, Chili Piper, or QuotaPath
- Salesforce familiarity
- In-person role in Denver, CO (Progress Coworking / Central Park Area near Stanley Market)
