Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Colorado Springs, CO. The RBT will work directly with children to implement behavior intervention plans, assist in skill acquisition programs, and collect data to track progress. The role involves collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and other team members to create individualized treatment strategies. Additionally, the RBT will provide one-on-one or small group support and ensure a positive and engaging environment for children to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.
Qualifications
- Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
- Proficiency in Behavioral Intervention strategies and working with children with behavioral needs
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Basic understanding or background in Psychology as it relates to child development and behavior
- Relevant certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to supporting children's growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus (preferred)
- Previous experience working with neurodiverse populations is preferred
