- Lead and support the daily activities of the Parts Coordination team
- Ensure parts, materials, and components are received, staged, and delivered to production areas on schedule
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent production delays
- Verify incoming and outgoing parts for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
- Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as required
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure effective material flow
- Review work orders, production schedules, and part requirements to prioritize daily activities
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material-related issues
- Train and mentor team members on inventory procedures, safety requirements, and company processes
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- 2 years of inventory control, parts coordination, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership or lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management and material flow processes
- Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to lift materials and work within a manufacturing or warehouse environment as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Ability to read production schedules, work orders, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
