Essential Functions
- Daily On-Site Attendance.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Maintenance Technicians to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
- Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and plan corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production uptime.
- Support and enforce the preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Review and approve maintenance logs, records, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve complex electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance schedules, tracking KPIs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Train, coach, and evaluate Maintenance Technicians, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Maintain inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Participate in Daily Business Review (DBR) and Safety meetings.
- Support capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or technical degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience using CMMS systems preferred.
