Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on order status, shipping timelines, and general inquiries via phone and email
- Manage order entry and maintenance in the ERP system, maintaining accuracy across all tracking tools and documentation
- Issue order acknowledgments and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to gather order details and resolve issues
- Monitor shipments and flag delivery risks early, owning resolution and customer communication
- Support quote generation for spare and replacement parts in partnership with the Sales team
- Provide operational support to the Sales & Marketing department as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related operations or customer facing role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to ERP systems
- Experience in project management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer-first mindset with a bias toward follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple open orders and competing priorities
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Collaborative team player who can work across departments and escalate effectively
