Job Summary
Forged Athletic is seeking a high-touch, relationship-focused Direct Sales & Customer Accounts contractor to manage and grow individual customer accounts within our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel. This position holds the highest fixed commission rate in our sales organization and is responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value.

Compensation
Compensation is a top-tier, performance-based commission tied directly to the Gross Sales generated from your individual sales and assigned customer accounts:
- Form: 100% Commission
- Commission Rate: 10.75% of Gross Sales. This is the highest fixed commission rate offered within the Forged Athletic sales organization.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Income is proportional to your ability to secure high-value individual orders and retain customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, building rapport and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Direct Sales: Proactively identify and close individual sales opportunities through direct communication channels.
- Account Stewardship: Manage assigned customer accounts to maximize repeat business and long-term customer lifetime value.
- Mission Alignment: Ensure all sales practices reflect the professionalism and integrity of the Forged Athletic brand.
