We are looking for a smart, driven, strategic Senior Account Manager to join our agency. The responsibilities include managing projects with precision and reliability; building and nurturing healthy client relationships; working closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to produce powerful work; allocating and managing budgets; and identifying new areas of growth. Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record of project management and trusted client relationships, and at least 5 years of work experience. Agency experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day project management and ownership of 3-4 accounts
- Own and lead client relationships for assigned accounts
- Develop briefs, POVs, and presentations to support client goals and drive growth
- Ensure strategy, creative, and media planning work in unison and are delivered on time and on budget
- Draft SOWs and prepare, track, and manage P&L for assigned accounts
- Manage trafficking of all creative for assigned accounts and projects
- Maintain deep interest, curiosity, and understanding of clients’ businesses and industries
- Drive organic growth on accounts and participate in new business opportunities
- Manage junior team members as the team grows
- Participate in preparation of media plans in partnership with media partners
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of agency and/or in-house account management experience
- Integrated marketing expertise across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Strategic thinker who digs into clients' businesses and proactively keeps abreast of category and marketing trends
- Proven experience leading client relationships/engagements independently and with minimal oversight
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial-minded, and accountable leader
- Client-facing communicator who builds trust through consistency and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail; reviews client work with precision and care
- Proficient in budgeting and reporting
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Media and analytics fluency preferred; ability to translate findings into recommendations
