What You’ll Do
- Go door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our pest control services
- Use a proven script to present, handle objections, and close new customers
- Work 6 days per week during the summer ramp, typically 8-10 hours per day, mostly on your feet and outdoors
- Attend daily morning training and role‑plays with your team lead
- After ramp: run your own territory as an ongoing rep, hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas agreed with your manager
- Track your activity and results like a business: doors, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions.

Typical Progression (timelines Depend On Performance)
- Months 0–3: New Rep – learn the system, hit ramp quotas, prove you can produce and show up
- Months 4–12: Senior Rep – higher personal production targets, helpshadow/train new hires
- 12 months: Team Lead – run morning trainings, coach a small team, and earn overrides on your reps’ sales
- Top performers can eventually run a full team/office with significant override potential.

- Willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during ramp
