Role Requirements for an AT&T Wireless Associate
- Engage with customers & businesses in person to introduce and promote AT&T wireless services, devices, and plan options
- Explain features, upgrades, and connectivity solutions in clear, simple terms (Spanish & English)
- Assist customers with plan changes, device selections, and account updates
- Ensure all customer information and submissions are completed accurately
- Stay informed on current AT&T wireless offerings and promotions
- Provide a positive, professional experience that builds customer trust
