Client Service Assistant

Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours/week, consistent weekday hours)

Compensation: $20–$30/hour, depending on experience

About the Role

We are a growing financial advisory team seeking a highly organized, process-driven Client Service Assistant to support a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll work directly with the firm’s partners to keep operations on track, manage details, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule client and prospect meetings using Outlook and Calendly
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM data
• Track new business and open cases through completion, coordinating with internal and remote teams and ensuring timely follow-up
• Maintain internal tracking systems (e.g., Excel or similar tools) to manage tasks, open items, and case progress
• Manage client service requests and handle client communications (calls, emails, ongoing outreach)

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of administrative, client service, or operations experience
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
• Professional communication skills and client-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort using spreadsheets or similar tools to track workflows
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred

• Experience in financial services or a professional office
• Texas Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
