Forge Legal Recruiting is working with a with a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions within a collaborative, nationally recognized practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and financings
- Lead and manage transaction diligence and oversee deal execution from start to finish
- Advise clients across all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and related commercial matters
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience representing developers, owners, landlords/tenants, and investors across a range of commercial real estate matters
- Strong background in purchase and sale transactions, leasing, joint ventures, and general commercial contracting
- Proven ability to independently manage transactions and work directly with clients
- Excellent academic credentials, with strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Admitted to the FL bar
