We are looking for an Entry Level Team Member who enjoys meeting new people, learning new skills, and working in a collaborative environment. In this role, you'll represent Just Energy inside retail locations, educate customers about available energy options, and help create positive brand experiences.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member
- Welcome and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach that creates a positive first impression.
- Introduce customers to Just Energy products, services, and available energy options based on their needs.
- Ask questions, listen attentively, and provide clear, helpful information about available offerings.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, answer questions, and provide support when needed.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional interactions that strengthen trust and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with teammates to support daily sales activities, campaign initiatives, and individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in coaching and development opportunities to strengthen communication, customer service, sales, and professional skills.
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable starting conversations with customers in a retail setting.
