Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and tailored to each business vertical.
Campaign & Content Development
- Lead the ideation and execution of high-impact campaigns and editorial content that elevate brand awareness and support revenue growth.
Brand & Creative Direction
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving creative direction to remain at the forefront of luxury and automotive culture.
Digital & Print Publishing
- Oversee production of auction catalogs, digital magazines, and special editorial projects with a focus on quality and storytelling for high-net-worth audiences.
Partnerships & Media
- Build strong relationships with agencies, media outlets, creative partners, and key stakeholders to expand brand reach.
Data & Performance
- Leverage analytics to measure performance, optimize ROI, and refine marketing strategies.
Budget & Team Leadership
- Manage the annual marketing budget and lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Background in luxury, lifestyle, automotive, or auction-related industries strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success delivering innovative, measurable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong editorial and brand sensibility.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate across functions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, paid media, social platforms, and CRM tools.
- Experience with print production, editorial workflows, and premium publishing.
