About the Company


Forge Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Director of Marketing to lead and elevate global marketing initiatives across a premier collector car portfolio, including Auctions, Private Sales, Financial Services, Valuations, and Restoration.


This high-impact role sits at the intersection of automotive heritage, storytelling, and brand growth—overseeing integrated, multi-channel campaigns, premium editorial and catalog publishing, digital and print storytelling, and marquee automotive events. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, set the creative vision, cultivate key industry and media partnerships, and leverage data-driven insights to engage a discerning global community of collectors and automotive enthusiasts.


About the Role


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and tailored to each business vertical.

Campaign & Content Development

  • Lead the ideation and execution of high-impact campaigns and editorial content that elevate brand awareness and support revenue growth.

Brand & Creative Direction

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving creative direction to remain at the forefront of luxury and automotive culture.

Digital & Print Publishing

  • Oversee production of auction catalogs, digital magazines, and special editorial projects with a focus on quality and storytelling for high-net-worth audiences.

Partnerships & Media

  • Build strong relationships with agencies, media outlets, creative partners, and key stakeholders to expand brand reach.

Data & Performance

  • Leverage analytics to measure performance, optimize ROI, and refine marketing strategies.

Budget & Team Leadership

  • Manage the annual marketing budget and lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.


Qualifications


  • 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in luxury, lifestyle, automotive, or auction-related industries strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering innovative, measurable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong editorial and brand sensibility.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, paid media, social platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with print production, editorial workflows, and premium publishing.
  • Passion for automotive history, design, and collector culture is essential.
