We are seeking a motivated Field Technician with hands-on experience in demolition, general construction, and water mitigation. This is a hands-on field role with a clear career pathway: for the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication, reliability, and project management skills, this position is designed to transition into a Site Supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations: Perform structural demolition, water damage mitigation, flood cleanup, and general job-site rebuilding/construction.
Tool & Inventory Management: Properly pack away, maintain, and return all tools and Packout equipment to the site supervisor daily.
Timekeeping: Utilize the ADP Mobile app daily to clock in/out for shifts and lunch breaks.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, secure job site.
Growth Expectations: Learn company site-management protocols, coordinate with subcontractors, and step up to lead field tasks as you transition toward Site Supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in demolition, general construction, or water restoration/mitigation.
Equipment & Tools: Ability to operate basic power tools and demolition equipment safely.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to job sites or the shop, and a strong track record of punctuality.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/bend/climb for extended periods, and work in varying job-site environments.
Certifications (Bonus): OSHA 10/30 or IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) are a major plus, but not required to apply.
