Job Description:
ForeverLawn Yellowstone is seeking a skilled and experienced Install technician to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, MT. As an Install technician, you will play a key role in executing artificial turf installation projects with precision and efficiency. General landscaping and underground sprinkler install will also be required at times.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
4. Resource Management: Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower effectively to optimize project efficiency and minimize waste.
5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
6. Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge of installation techniques.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and inventory levels for reporting purposes.
8. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles encountered during installations in a proactive and timely manner.
9. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous landscaping or physical labor preferred, with a proven track record of great teamwork and attitude. Irrigation knowledge and experience is a plus.
2. Team mentality: This individual will be courteous and respectful of teammates as well as supervisors.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Safety Consciousness: Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and adhering to OSHA guidelines and company Policy and Procedures to ensure the well-being of all team members.
6. Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
7. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects up to 80 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as needed to meet project deadlines and client demands.
