As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator.

Position Summary
The Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers and plays a key role in converting inbound leads into scheduled sales appointments.
This position is responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to web inquiries, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating appointments, supporting customer follow-up efforts, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations.
Success in this role isn't about hard selling. It's about being proactive, organized, responsive, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Management & Customer Experience
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Schedule consultations and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and engagement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the CRM.
- Ensure no qualified lead is overlooked or left without follow-up.
- Provide an exceptional first impression of the company.
CRM & Sales Support
- Own the lead management process from initial inquiry through appointment scheduling.
- Track lead activity and update customer records consistently.
- Assist with customer communications, appointment confirmations, and follow-up tasks.
- Support sales representatives by ensuring customer information is complete and organized.
- Help identify opportunities to improve lead response times and conversion rates.
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Support project scheduling and coordination efforts.
- Organize customer files and internal documentation.
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and administrative paperwork.
- Help maintain office organization and operational efficiency.
- Support management with reports, spreadsheets, and special projects.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM software.
- Experience in home services, construction, landscaping, or related industries.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
