We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the building process, assisting with various tasks on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to support construction activities
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing
- Support rebar installation, concrete pouring, and finishing processes to ensure structural integrity
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to follow project specifications accurately
- Assist with masonry work, tile laying, stucco application, and other finishing tasks
- Support equipment operation including concrete mixers, pumps, or heavy machinery as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus; willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating certain equipment may be advantageous
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality workmanship
